2. Eligibility & Account Creation

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.

3. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate. However:

• Product colors may vary slightly due to photography and screen differences.
• Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly based on fit or fabric.
• Availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or update products at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• We accept payments through secure payment gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.).
• dDon Clothing reserves the right to cancel orders for payment issues, fraud detection, or stock errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within India only.

• Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–10 business days depending on your location.
• A tracking link will be provided via email or SMS after dispatch.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or other external events.

6. Exchange Policy (No Returns or Refunds)

We follow a strict exchange-only policy. No returns or refunds will be issued for any product once delivered, except for the conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Exchange must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Exchange is allowed only for size issues or defective/damaged items.
• Exchange is allowed once per order and only if the replacement size is available.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Items on sale/discount
• Custom-made or limited-edition pieces
• Accessories (e.g., caps, socks)

Exchange Process:

1. Email us at Contact@ddonclothing.com with your Order ID and reason for exchange.
2. We will review your request and confirm the eligibility.
3. Reverse pickup (if applicable) will be arranged in serviceable areas. Otherwise, you may be required to ship the item to us at your own cost.
4. After successful inspection, the exchange product will be shipped to you.

⚠️ Shipping charges may apply to exchanges. We do not offer cash refunds, replacements only.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, if they have not been processed.
• Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If the order fails due to a technical issue and payment is deducted, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content—including images, designs, logos, text, videos, and code—is the exclusive property of dDon Clothing and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify any content from this website without prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

While using our website, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not post or transmit any harmful, vulgar, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content.
