📦 Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India only.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping Fee: ₹99 is charged for all orders below ₹499.
• Free Shipping: Orders of ₹499 or more qualify for free shipping across India.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days after successful payment.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–10 business days depending on your location and courier service.
• You will receive a tracking link by SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

⚠️ Please note that deliveries may be delayed during holidays, festivals, natural disruptions, or due to courier partner issues beyond our control.

🔄 Exchange Policy (No Returns or Refunds)

We follow a strict exchange-only policy. We do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted only if:

• The exchange request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging with tags intact.
• The reason for exchange falls under:
  • Size issues
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item delivered

Not Eligible for Exchange

• Products on sale or discount
• Accessories (if applicable)
• Customized, altered, or made-to-order pieces

Exchange Process

1. Email Contact@ddonclothing.com within 7 days of delivery with:
   • Your Order ID
   • Photos of the product showing issue (if any)
   • Reason for exchange
2. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.
3. If approved:
   • A reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to pin code availability), or
   • You may be asked to ship the item back to us at your own cost.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be shipped or store credit will be issued if the requested item is unavailable.

📌 Only one exchange per order is allowed. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
• For payment-related failures where funds are deducted but no order is generated, refunds will be processed in 7–10 business days.

📸 Pro Tip: Unboxing

We recommend recording a video while unboxing your package. This will help us resolve any product damage or mismatch issues faster.

🧾 Final Notes

• Store credit may be offered in some exchange cases.
• Mints reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our policy terms.
• We do not guarantee product availability for exchange sizes or colors.
